Slack

What can I say. I let the entire winter just drift by without posting anything. OK....I'm slack or just plain lazy or maybe just tired from managing the RV park all summer. Anyway, now that the RV park is up and running again for the new season and I'm busier than ever that's when I take the time to start blogging again. I know that doesn't make much sense, but I'm a menopausal woman so it doesn't need to make sense. So much to do this summer that I don't know where to start! Before I post pics of my jewelry I would love to share a pic of me and my best friend, Clara, who just passed away on March 20th. We loved going to craft fairs together to sell our creations. OK, she did more socializing than selling because everyone in Asheville knew her, but that was fine by me because she introduced me to some of the nicest people around. I miss her more and more each day. Love you Clara-Loo! (For some reason Internet Explorer is having problems with my pics so I'll keep trying)

Not sure why I like these so much, but I guess it's just the green color. Looks like antique jewelry especially with the gunmetal leverbacks.

Hearts

I think this will be my only post for today because I plan to play with my rubber stamps. It's been too cold to heat the craft room lately, but it looks like today will be different. As soon as it's warm inside I plan to make a few more Valentine's Day cards. If I come up with anything I'll post them on my other blog: www.mountainaircreations.blogspot.com. You should really see how cramped this little house is. I've got a room dedicated for stamping, the kitchen table for working with clay and our bedroom is set up with a table for jewelry making. So far David is just going with the flow. If I haven't cleaned the kitchen table in time for lunch we just take our meals on the glassed-in porch if it's warm enough. Again I apologize for the poor picture quality. I think I'm going to have to make a light box soon. Tootles!
